Job summary

Discovery Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Tech I to support patients through admission to discharge at our Scotrun, PA facility. You will assist with daily activities, monitor safety, provide interventions, and support treatment planning under clinical supervision.

The role requires a high school diploma, CPR/First Aid, CPI certification within 90 days, and a valid driver’s license. Night shift, full-time, on-site with weekend availability; pay $16–$18 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must possess valid driver’s license where required.
• CPI certification within 90 days of hire; CPR/AED/First Aid certifications maintained.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to DBH policies and procedures.
• Ensures patient safety and provides interventions.
• Leads psychoeducational groups and supports treatment planning.
• Documents shift notes and maintains confidentiality.
• Supports patients during admission and discharge processes.
