Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid and unrestricted State Driver’s License required.
• Must obtain CPI certification within 90 days of hire.
• CPR, AED and First Aid training required or provided.
• Substance Use Division: minimum 1 year sobriety.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to all policies and procedures.
• Provides patient safety and interventions.
• Leads psychoeducational groups and supports treatment planning.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient information and records.
• Documents shift notes and other required documentation.
• Assists Nursing staff with duties as directed.
• Maintains clean and safe environment; participates in housekeeping tasks.
• Observes infection control policies and hand hygiene.

Education

High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Valid State Driver’s License

CPI Certification within 90 days

CPR, AED, and First Aid

Substance Use Division: 1 year sobriety
