Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent with two years of employment experience.
• Experience in Human Services or related field preferred.
• Background checks including criminal and driving records required.

Responsibilities

• Admit, supervise, monitor, transfer, and discharge clients/patients.
• Monitor vital signs and escalate when medical intervention is needed.
• Provide personal care and document reported behaviors.
• Facilitate group activities and support treatment plans.
• Provide client transportation as needed.
