• Background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Admit, supervise, monitor, transfer, and discharge clients.
• Monitor vital signs and escalate when needed.
• Supervise client/patient checks per policy.
• Assist with personal care (e.g., grooming, bathing, dressing).
• Document reported behaviors and areas of concern.
• Encourage adherence to program and report concerns promptly.
• Prepare for and facilitate group rehabilitative activities and recreation groups.
• Provide client transportation as needed.
