Job summary

Burrell Behavioral Health seeks a Part-time Behavioral Health Technician I in Springfield, MO to provide direct and supportive care, monitor vital signs, assist during crises, and help implement treatment plans within a residential setting. You will document client observations, support daily activities, and collaborate with the treatment team to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.

Prior human services experience or related training is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required; two years in human services preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health or related field is preferred.
• Ability to read and record clinical observations accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and supportive care to clients/patients in residential/withdrawal settings.
• Monitor vital signs and document appropriately; respond to crisis as needed.
• Assist with treatment plans and collaborate with the treatment team.
• Support daily activities and transportation as required.
