Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of responsible employment preferred.
• Background checks, driving record, and other checks will be conducted.
• Complete required trainings within state regulatory timelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed supervision, support, and redirection.
• Build positive client relationships and maintain professional boundaries.
• Monitor client health, safety, and withdrawal signs; escalate when needed.
• Support admissions, transfers, discharges, security checks, and personal care.
• Document activities and shift updates in the EMR.
• Respond to crises and communicate with the treatment team.
• Transport clients to appointments as needed.
