ReMed, a Collage Rehabilitation Partner in Covington, LA, is hiring full-time Behavioral Health Technicians for the second shift to provide direct care to adults with brain injury in our residential programs.

You will implement behavioral training, model positive behavior, assist with ADLs, transport residents to appointments and activities, and complete daily documentation and housekeeping tasks. We offer medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), tuition assistance and referral bonuses.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Implements facility wide behavioral training and documents data.
• Models appropriate behavior and provides reinforcement and feedback.
• Assists residents in ADLs and participates in activities.
• Transports residents to medical appointments and activities.
• Completes daily documentation and incident reports.
• Performs housekeeping tasks (laundry, vacuuming, dusting).
