Job summary

Alliance Recovery is seeking a dedicated Operations Member to join our growing team. This role supports clients, staff, and daily operations; you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, assist with intakes, and help ensure smooth facility operations.

The position offers a daytime schedule (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM) with a pay rate of $20-$22 per hour. You’ll work in a supportive, mission-driven environment and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Registered recovery worker (RADT-1, SUDRC, or equivalent) preferred.
• CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience in behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Complete client intakes in EMR and maintain accurate records.
• Organize and upload client documents.
• Conduct and document client drug tests (BAC/UA).
• Greet and assist visitors with professionalism.
• Support clients in following facility rules and expectations.
• Maintain supplies and assist with facility organization.
• Provide "observe and report" documentation for client care.
• Communicate effectively with the Operations Manager & Program Director.
