Alliance Recovery seeks a skilled Case Manager to join our team in Fountain Valley, CA. You will provide direct client services, coordinate vital resources, and act as the bridge between clients, families, the clinical team, and community partners to ensure high-quality care throughout treatment.

The role emphasizes managing caseloads, maintaining precise records, and facilitating recovery groups, with a focus on mental health and substance use recovery.

Qualifications

• Active Substance Use Disorder Credential.
• Minimum of 1 year of case management experience in substance abuse treatment.
• CPR & First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Strong knowledge of addiction, recovery models, and treatment approaches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload with professionalism and care.
• Complete admission notes and maintain case records per policy.
• Provide updates to families and clinical team regarding client progress.
• Coordinate services with external providers and community resources.
• Facilitate 1–2 recovery groups per week for assigned clients.

In this role, you'll provide direct client services, coordinate vital resources, and act as the bridge between clients, their families, the clinical team, and community partners. Your work will ensure that every client receives consistent, high-quality care and support throughout treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consistent updates to families and the clinical team regarding client progress

• Coordinate services with external providers and community resources

• Facilitate 1–2 recovery groups per week for assigned clients

• Document all client interactions, progress, and assessments promptly

• Continuously evaluate client needs in both mental health and substance recovery

• Communicate effectively and assertively with clients, staff, and partners
