Job summary

Renaissance Recovery is seeking an Operations Support Staff Member to help ensure smooth facility operations and support for staff and clients. You will welcome visitors, assist with intakes, and contribute to the recovery mission.

The role requires a high school diploma, RADT-1/SUDRC, CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain, and strong communication skills. Expect a daytime, weekday schedule with opportunities to impact client care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Registered recovery worker (RADT-1, SUDRC, or equivalent) is required.
• CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) is required.
• Experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or related field is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities

• Complete and manage client intakes in our EMR system with accuracy.
• Organize, upload, and maintain client documentation.
• Conduct and document client drug testing (BAC/UA).
• Greet visitors with professionalism and warmth.
• Support clients in following program rules and expectations.
• Monitor supplies and assist with overall facility organization.
• Provide detailed observe and report documentation.
• Communicate clearly with the Operations Manager & Program Director.

Pay: $20-22/per hour

In this role, you'll help ensure our facility runs smoothly while providing support to both staff and clients.
