Job summary

PWP Health in Chicago is seeking a Behavioral Health Specialist to lead a team of caseworkers, providing clinical guidance and supervision across community clients.

You will coach staff, strengthen documentation quality, manage caseloads, and coordinate care with partner organizations to ensure effective treatment. The role requires licensure and 4+ years of direct mental health experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling.
• Current clinical licensure as an LCSW or LCPC.
• At least 4 years of direct mental health service experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in team supervision or coaching.
• Current IM+CANS certification.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize caseloads and support caseworkers to deliver services effectively.
• Provide ongoing coaching to strengthen clinical judgment and performance.
• Maintain high standards for documentation and evidence-based practice.
• Support IM+CANS assessments and reviews to coordinate treatment.
• Partner with Clinical Operations to improve team processes and service quality.
