Premise Health Inc. seeks a Full-Time Behavioral Health Team Lead for our Health Center in Burbank, CA. You will provide clinical leadership to licensed behavioral health staff, conduct interviews, and train team members while managing caseloads and maintaining precise documentation.

The role requires a Master’s in a relevant field and state licensure, plus CAMS-care certification within 12 months. You will deliver individual, group, and family therapy, using evidence-based methods and

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or equivalent field.
• Licensed mental health clinician per state requirements (LCSW, LPC, LPCC, LMHC, LMFT, LPCMH, LPCC, LCPC).
• CAMS-care certification must be obtained within 12 months of hire.
• For NY only, LCSW, LMHC-D and LMFT-D are accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health staff, including chart reviews and staff development.
• Serve as SME in interviews and contribute to training and education of behavioral health staff.
• Manage caseload, document accurately, and guide treatment planning and community resource engagement.
• Provide psychotherapy or counseling to individuals, groups, couples, or families.
• Apply evidence-based interventions (CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR, Written Exposure Therapy, CAMS).
• Enter data into patient charts to ensure up-to-date records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
