Advocate Health is seeking a licensed behavioral health clinician to lead interdisciplinary teams, assess and treat patients, and document care across settings. The role emphasizes collaboration with multiple professionals, implementing evidence-based therapies, and ensuring timely, high-quality patient records.

The candidate should hold a Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology (Clinical/Educational/Counseling), be licensed in Wisconsin or eligible, and complete required certifications

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology (Clinical, Educational, or Counseling) or related field.
• Licensed as Professional Counselor (or equivalent) in Wisconsin, or Marriage and Family Therapist, or Clinical Social Worker.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead interdisciplinary treatment team to review data and set clinically appropriate goals.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, couple, family and/or group therapy.
• Complete documentation including treatment plans, progress notes and discharge summaries.
