Qualifications

• Education: High School Graduate/ GED required. Bachelor\'s degree preferred.
• Clinical experience in a psychiatric setting preferred.
• 1-3 years\’ experience required.
• UKG experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep hospital units fully staffed to ensure proper patient care.
• Manage shift master scheduling software and adjust staffing based on census, call-ins and planned leaves to ensure coverage.
