Recovery Innovations in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead and support a team at the Cumberland Recovery Response Center. You'll oversee shift operations, supervise staff, assist with discharge planning, and ensure high-quality care for individuals on their recovery journey.

The role requires a Master’s in a behavioral health field, valid licensure, at least two years of supervisory experience, and strong documentation and de-escalation skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field.
• Associate Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field required. Independent Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field preferred.
• State designation as required per state regulations.

Responsabilités

• Provides leadership, coaching and supervision for all staff on assigned staff.
• Guides the implementation of the discharge planning process.
• Completes assessments for individuals brought to the facility, developing treatment plans and recovery solutions in partnership with the individual.
• Partners with the individual to obtain collateral information from the individual's support team such as family members, friends, case managers and other area programs.
• Determines a provisional diagnosis, obtains documentation of medical necessity and submits authorizations for service in a timely fashion.
• Completes clinical documentation as required.
• Ensures Incident Reports are initiated, completed, reviewed and submitted according to policy.
• Keeps abreast of all federal and state regulations and laws and all Recovery Innovations policies as they presently exist and as they change or are modified.
• Understands and adheres to Recovery Innovations compliance standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policies.
• Performs other related duties assigned.
