Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Manager to lead the Behavioral Health Technician team across shifts and modalities. The role focuses on staffing, staff development, documentation accuracy, and adherence to safety standards in adult substance use and mental health care settings.

Collaborate with nursing and clinical leadership to maintain a structured, recovery-oriented environment and ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualificações

• Minimum of three years of direct experience in the behavioral health field.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• CPR and Standard First Aid certifications required.
• Experience working with adults in treatment facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily activities of Behavioral Health Technicians across all shifts and modalities.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate staff schedules with full staffing coverage.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor documentation including patient observations and incident reports.
• Collaborate with nursing, clinical, and medical teams to support treatment plans.
• Ensure patients are monitored per level of care and facility policies are followed.
• Apply verbal de-escalation techniques and maintain professional boundaries.
• Assist with patient intake, vital signs, and report abnormalities to nursing.
• Support recovery-focused care and participate in facility improvement projects.
