Job summary

BrightView Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Supervisor to lead our treatment team across Columbus West (Hilliard) and Lima, OH locations. You will supervise clinicians, ensure adherence to best practices, and maintain regulatory compliance while focusing on a positive patient experience.

The role requires a Master’s Degree, active state licensure, and 5+ years in the field. Leadership potential and experience in onboarding are valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a related field.
• 1+ years’ experience as a Therapist at BrightView, or relevant experience.
• Active licensure consistent with state-level regulatory requirements, at minimum independently licensed with supervision designation.
• Master’s Degree minimum; state regulatory compliance must be met.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care alongside supervision for behavioral health staff.
• Offer expertise on best practices and guidelines for treatment.
• Evaluate treatment plans, documentation, and services.
• Ensure teams meet performance measures in compliance.
• Prioritize the patient experience while maintaining compliance.
• Oversee onboarding and training for new hires.
• Participate in and occasionally lead meetings and in-services.
• Partner with Operations Director for proper care and recruit market insights.
• Adhere to and promote a culture of compliance.
