• Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.
• Work Experience: 3+ years in Behavioral health & Management.
• Knowledge of evolving healthcare delivery environment and ability to motivate others and teach adult learners.

Responsabilités

• Facilitates and ensures smooth coordination of department services with other units and departments.
• Coordinate staffing selection, monitor turnover and vacancy, and oversee staffing and scheduling; supervise employees and address concerns.
• Conduct department and provider meetings to communicate financial/operational information and strategic planning.
• Evaluate environmental safety and ensure a safe environment for patients across ages.
