Job summary

Belmont Behavioral Health System is seeking a Nurse Supervisor RN to lead nursing operations and ensure staffing adequacy. The role emphasizes patient safety, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and adherence to regulatory standards.

The supervisor will oversee admissions/discharges, mentor staff, and maintain thorough nursing documentation, including MARs and reports, while coordinating physician orders.

Qualifications

• BSN from accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license in the state of facility.
• 1+ year of RN experience in any setting.
• 1+ year of RN experience in psychiatric/recovery programs preferred.
• Some leadership/charge RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day nursing operations and ensure adequate staffing.
• Maintain patient safety as a top priority and enforce care delivery policies.
• Coordinate care with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and administrative staff.
• Document medical and nursing care and ensure accurate MARs and records.
