Northbrook Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking a Nurse Supervisor for weekend coverage (Sat & Sun 11PM-7AM, every other weekend) to oversee inpatient behavioral health services. The role emphasizes clinical leadership, staff coaching, and maintaining high standards of patient care.

The Nurse Supervisor will guide nursing teams, implement quality-improvement initiatives, and ensure effective communication with patients and families in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Competenze

• Experience in behavioral health required.
