Acadia Healthcare's Haverhill Pavilion Behavioral Health Hospital seeks an RN Supervisor (PRN, weekends) to oversee nursing operations on weekends, ensuring adequate staffing and high-quality patient care. The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams in a 50-bed adult inpatient and 21-bed geriatric program in Haverhill, MA.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of nursing experience with RN licensure in MA and a BSN preferred; strong leadership or charge

Qualifications

• BSN from accredited school of nursing preferred.
• Current registered nursing license in state of facility required.
• 1 year in psychiatric/recovery program preferred.
• 1 year as an RN in any setting required.
• Some experience as a charge RN or other leadership position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and manage changes in census and acuity; allocate nursing resources accordingly.
• Model customer service expectations and prioritize patient safety.
• Enforce policies for delivery of patient and resident care.
• Ensure proper staffing per unit and manage call-offs and vacations.
• Maintain accurate MARs, logbooks, and nursing assessments.
• Lead shift for admissions and discharges and communicate changes to physicians.
