Haven Behavioral Hospital of West Chester is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to provide leadership in milieu management and direct patient care in a 72-bed behavioral health facility. You will assess patients, administer medications, and document progress per policy and accreditation standards.

Shifts include Day (7a-7p) and Night (7p-7a) with competitive pay and shift differentials. Join a dedicated team focused on compassionate, quality mental health care and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Pennsylvania (or eligibility to practice in PA).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience in psychiatric/behavioral health settings preferred.

Responsabilités

• Utilizes nursing process for assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Administers medications as prescribed and educates patients on therapies.
• Document patient care accurately in medical records.
