Qualifications

• Active RN license and current licensure to practice in the state.
• Ability to administer medications safely and document accurately.
• Proficiency in patient assessment, care planning, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process for assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Administers medications per orders and educates patients on use.
• Maintains accurate and timely medical records per policy.
• Float among clinical services as needed and support staff.
