Job summary

Copper Springs East in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Behavioral Health for per diem, as-needed coverage. You will join a dedicated inpatient/outpatient team focused on compassionate, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Current Arizona State License or Compact License with Arizona endorsement.
• Associate's degree required; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient and plan care within set timeframes and document findings according to policies.
• Demonstrates leadership through duties that may include delegating tasks such as groups, close observation, meal supervision, etc.
• Oversee staff to ensure nursing policies and procedures are followed and exemplary patient care is consistently delivered by self and all members of the team.
• RN will follow hospital policy for medication administration.
