Lifepoint Health's Copper Springs East in Gilbert, AZ is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for Behavioral Health. This full-time role focuses on delivering compassionate, patient-centered care within a collaborative team.

As an RN, you’ll assess patient needs, lead care planning, ensure policy compliance, and support evidence-based treatment in a behavioral health setting. A state RN license, BLS, and an associate degree are required, with BSN preferred.

How you'll contribute

• Assesses patient and plan care within set timeframes and document findings according to policies
• Demonstrates leadership through duties that may include delegating tasks such as groups, close observation, meal supervision, etc
• Will also oversee staff to ensure nursing policies and procedures are followed and exemplary patient care is consistently delivered by self and all members of the team
• RN will follow hospital policy for medication administration

What we're looking for

Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associate degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Licenses: Must have a current Arizona State License or Compact License with Arizona endorsement.
