Lifepoint Health's Copper Springs Avondale is seeking a Nurse Manager Registered Nurse (RN) in Behavioral Health to lead a growing team in a 96-bed facility. This full-time, day-shift role emphasizes clinical leadership, staff development, and operational oversight to deliver high-quality patient care.

The RN Manager will manage scheduling, budgets, compliance, and vendor relations while coordinating patient care with physicians and departments.

Qualifications

• RN license required in state of Arizona or compact state.
• BSN or ADN with ongoing BSN program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Minimum 3 years in medical-surgical nursing with at least 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop departmental goals aligned with organizational strategy.
