Job summary

Copper Springs East is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for behavioral health in Gilbert, AZ. This full‑time night rotation (3x12) includes 7p–7a shifts with four weekend shifts per month, delivering patient care in a modern behavioral health facility.

As part of Lifepoint Health, you’ll assess patients, lead care planning, and supervise staff while following hospital policies for medication administration. Arizona licensure and BLS are required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license in AZ.
• Associate degree in nursing from accredited school.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Arizona license or Compact license with AZ endorsement.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient and plan care within set timeframes and document findings according to policies.
• Demonstrate leadership through duties such as delegating tasks (groups, close observation, meal supervision).
• Oversee staff to ensure nursing policies and patient care standards are followed.
• RN will follow hospital policy for medication administration.

What We're Looking For

Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associate degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Licenses: Must have a current Arizona State License or Compact License with Arizona endorsement.
• Education: Associate's degree required. BSN preferred.
