Job summary

Spring Harbor Hospital is seeking a Per Diem House Supervisor (RN) – Behavioral Health to assume clinical and administrative responsibility during assigned hours. As the senior leader on duty, you will allocate resources and direct patient care as an extension of the leadership team.

The role requires an RN license, BSN preferred, and BLS; PMH RN-BC preferred. Prior psychiatric nursing and medical-surgical experience are valued for this shift.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Certification RN-BC preferred.
• Experience: Five years of relevant experience preferred, experience in psychiatric nursing preferred. One year experience of medical surgical clinical experience preferred.
