Harbor Oaks Hospital, part of Acadia Healthcare, is seeking an experienced RN to join as House Supervisor (Behavioral Health) for the night shift. You will oversee nursing operations, ensure adequate staffing, and lead behavioral health services with a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications include a Michigan RN license, BSN preferred, and leadership experience. CPR and de-escalation certification required; sign-on bonus of $7,500 and night differential are offered.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred
• Current RN license in Michigan
• 1+ year RN experience preferred
• 1 year in psychiatric/recovery setting preferred
• Charge RN/leadership experience preferred
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day nursing operations and staffing adequacy.
• Lead the delivery of behavioral health nursing services with empathy and professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and nursing standards.
• Monitor census and acuity; allocate nursing resources accordingly.
• Mentor and train staff; ensure orientation and competency.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams; document orders and assessments.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate nursing records.
• On-shift leader for admissions, discharges and patient condition updates.
