Job summary

Northpoint Idaho (Adult inpatient in Meridian) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide and oversee medical services for a caseload of patients. The RN will coordinate treatment plans and discharge planning with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring timely documentation and compliance with care standards.

This role requires a current RN license, CPR/First Aid/AED certification, and proficiency with EMR systems (KIPU preferred).

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Knowledge of EMR systems; KIPU preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and maintain professional boundaries.
• Adhere to licensure requirements and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients and report observations to the multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and participate in education.
• Maintain safety and de-escalation as needed.
• Develop and implement admission, orientation, education, and discharge plans.
• Document assessments and progress in the patient record.
