Cottonwood Creek Behavioral Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time day or night shifts at our Meridian, Idaho location. The RN will lead milieu management, assess patients, administer medications, and maintain documentation in accordance with policy and standards.

This role requires an active RN license (state or compact), an ADN, and preferred inpatient experience. Schedule includes weekends; competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment or Compact license.
• Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing.
• One year of inpatient hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead milieu management and supervise nursing staff.
• Assess patients using nursing process to create individualized plans of care.
• Administer medications safely and educate patients on meds.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely in medical records.
• Maintain professional licensure and comply with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with team to ensure continuity of care and safety.
