Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Day Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Meridian, ID inpatient team. The RN will oversee medical services for a caseload of patients and coordinate treatment plans with the multidisciplinary team, ensuring timely documentation and patient safety.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, CPR certification, and familiarity with EMR systems (KIPU preferred).

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of service.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification required.
• Knowledge of computer and electronic medical records systems (KIPU preferred).
• Enthusiasm and passion for helping people in care.
• Maintain licensure requirements throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Interact routinely with patients and communicate observations to the multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications to patients and provide education.
• Use de-escalation techniques to maintain safety for patients and staff.
• Provide admission, orientation, education and discharge plans to patients and families.
• Consult with the team on treatment plans and discharge planning.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and report maintenance needs.
• Admissions and discharges of patients.
• Obtain vital signs and document in patient records.
• Document assessments, progress notes, and planning items timely.
• Maintain professional boundaries and work with peers.
• Participate in QA and compliance activities.
• Provide medical updates to utilization review and managed care representatives.
• Adhere to company policies and protect patient confidentiality.
