Job summary

Northpoint Idaho, Meridian, is seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee medical services for a caseload of adults in inpatient care. The RN will coordinate master treatment plans, discharge planning, and ensure timely documentation in the medical record.

Responsibilities include medication administration, patient education, de‑escalation for safety, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. This is a full‑time, on‑site RN position with diverse shift coverage.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered, active RN license in the state where services are rendered.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (KIPU preferred).
• Demonstrated professionalism and empathy while maintaining boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee medical services for a patient caseload.
• Coordinate treatment plans and discharge planning with the multidisciplinary team.
• Document assessments, diagnoses, progress notes, and treatment plans timely.
• Administer medications and provide patient education.
• Maintain safety, limits, and confidentiality per policies.
• Communicate with staff, providers, and outside agencies on treatment issues.
