Job summary

St. Luke’s is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care, perform triage, coordinate referrals, assess patients, and support care teams. The RN will administer medications and assist medical staff while contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing Degree
• Experience: 1+ years of RN experience
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certification

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical triage, referrals, crisis management, patient assessments, and care coordination.
• Administer medications and support medical assistants.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
