Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Arizona behavioral health system, network operations, or related resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel) and electronic documentation systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% within Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate referrals and admissions for out-of-home behavioral health residential treatment.
• Identify appropriate residential providers to support treatment goals.
• Manage referral processes, documentation, and provider responses.
• Collaborate with behavioral health homes and providers to ensure timely information sharing.
• Monitor timelines to promote timely access to care and minimize delays.
• Serve as primary contact for providers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with urgent facility disruptions and alternative treatment option planning.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health, Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, Healthcare Administration, or related field
