Job summary

RCA - Recovery Centers of America Management Company in Indianapolis seeks a licensed Therapist to plan, direct and coordinate evidence-based programs for patients in behavioral health settings.

You will evaluate clients, set treatment goals, review options with families, and help build recovery skills, while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards. Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, on-site.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling required.
• Current licensure as LMHC/LCSW/LMSW or Ph.D. in Psychology or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in behavioral healthcare with diverse populations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients’ mental health, addiction, or problem behavior and assess readiness for treatment.
• Help clients develop treatment goals and plans.
• Review and recommend treatment options with clients and their families.
• Help clients develop skills and behaviors for recovery.
• Work with clients to identify barriers to recovery.
• Teach families about addiction and coping strategies.
• Refer clients to resources such as job placement services.
• Conduct outreach to identify signs of addiction and steps to prevent it.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
