Job summary
Recovery Centers of America (RCA) is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to contribute to patient recovery through personalized, evidence-based care at our facilities. This role focuses on assessment, planning, medication administration, and coordinated care with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state where the facility is located.
- Minimum 2 years in behavioral health or 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Current BLS certification or ability to obtain it during orientation.
- Phlebotomy skills preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments via interviews with patients and relatives.
- Develop tailored care plans after comprehensive assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments per protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers for holistic care.
- Educate patients and families on mental health, addiction, and treatment needs.
- Monitor progress and maintain confidential documentation.
- Foster a safe, inclusive environment respecting dignity and diversity.
