Job summary

Recovery Centers of America seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide evidence-based care within our behavioral health programs in Indiana. You will conduct intake, assess patients, and develop tailored care plans in collaboration with physicians, therapists, and case managers to guide recovery.

You'll administer medications, monitor progress, and educate patients and families about addiction and treatment, while maintaining confidential records and promoting a safe, inclusive

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state
• Minimum 2 years in behavioral health or addiction recovery; 5 years supervisory experience preferred
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain during orientation
• CARN certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments through interviews with patients and families.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop tailored care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per established protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers for holistic care.
• Educate patients and families on addiction and treatment needs.
• Monitor patient progress and maintain confidential documentation.
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment that respects dignity of all individuals.
