Recovery Centers of America is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Indianapolis. You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery from substance use disorders.

Qualifications
- Active RN license in the requested state.
- 2+ years in behavioral health or 5 years supervisory experience; phlebotomy skills preferred.
- Current BLS certification or ability to obtain during orientation.
- CARN certification preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to safely administer medications.
- Knowledge of addiction, DSM criteria, and related terminology.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments through interviews with patients and relatives.
- Develop tailored care plans and provide individualized care.
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers for holistic care.
- Educate patients and families on addiction and treatment needs.
- Monitor progress and maintain confidential documentation.
- Foster a safe, respectful environment for all patients.
