Job summary

Kintegra Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Provider (LCSW(A), LCMHC(A), or LMFT(A)) to join a multidisciplinary team across Gastonia and Belmont clinics. You will deliver behavioral health and MOUD-related services within maternity and family health settings.

You will collaborate with medical staff, provide ongoing treatment planning, and engage in quality improvement while maintaining licensure and adhering to professional ethics.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or counseling required.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a public health setting.
• Licensure as LCSW/LCSW-A, LCMHC-A, or LMFT-A in good standing in NC.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health and substance use screening, brief intervention, education, and referral services.
• Collaborate with primary care and obstetric teams to integrate care.
• Develop treatment plans and coordinate with community resources.
