Job summary

Kintegra Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Provider (LCSW(A), LCMHC(A), or LMFT(A)) to join the maternity clinic in Hickory, NC. This full-time role works within a multidisciplinary team to deliver behavioral health, screening, brief intervention, and referrals for patients in the maternity setting.

The position emphasizes collaboration with obstetric and medical staff, ongoing treatment planning, and adherence to professional ethics.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree required.
• Licensure: LCSW(A), LCMHC(A), or LMFT(A).
• Minimum two years’ experience in a public health setting.
• Licensed provider with active credentials.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to professional Code of Ethics.
• Provide assessment, intervention, consultation, and referral services.
• Collaborate with the primary healthcare team to improve patient care.
• Develop and implement behavioral health, substance use, and chronic disease plans of care.
• Assist primary care providers with screening, diagnosis, management, and treatment.
• Engage in ongoing quality improvement within primary care/behavioral health integration.
• Provide training and consultative services to health care staff as needed.
• Complete all required documentation promptly.
• Engage in continuing education to maintain licensure and competence.
• Maintain liaison with community agencies and resources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
