Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in public administration, social work, behavioral health, or related field.
• Minimum four years of experience managing complex behavioral health/public health projects.
• Three+ years using project management tools and creating detailed plans.
• Experience in program evaluation and interpreting performance data.
• Strong budget and policy analysis skills; regulatory familiarity.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience auditing programs and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee crisis service projects, policies, and system improvements.
• Lead policy development, procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain audit readiness with documentation and workflows.
• Collaborate with audit teams to manage tools and timelines.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
• Facilitate meetings and working groups for program development.
• Support data-driven decisions with performance metrics and reports.
• Provide strategic guidance on regulatory developments affecting crisis services.
