Connections Health Solutions in Kirkland, Washington seeks a Supervisor, Behavioral Health Specialist to oversee BHS staff and provide direct care. The role combines leadership with hands-on clinical duties to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and meet staffing and quality targets.

Responsibilities include onboarding, scheduling, timecards, performance reviews, and collaboration with clinical leadership to ensure high-quality care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years of behavioral health or related experience.
• 1 year of supervisory and/or Lead experience.
• Certified in Safe Clinch.
• Must be able to obtain a Food Handlers Card for the State of Washington (BHS/RSS positions).
• Complete all credentialing requirements within the required time period, including but not limited to obtaining a National Provider Identifier (NPI), Medallion enrollment, Medicare enrollment, and any other necessary credentials as required for the role.

Aufgaben

• Oversees the work and supervision of assigned Behavioral Health Specialist staff.
• Direct care duties comprising 75–80% of responsibilities.
• Directly collaborates with the Charge Nurse and clinical leadership to ensure safe, efficient unit operations.
• Directs onboarding, training, scheduling, timecard management and performance management of staff.
• Performs essential Behavioral Health Specialist duties when needed and ensures compliance with Joint Commission Standards.
