King County’s Behavioral Health and Recovery Division seeks a BH-ASO Project/Program Manager to lead planning, execution, and evaluation of crisis services initiatives. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, partner with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in public administration, social work, behavioral health, project management, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in behavioral health, public health, public administration, or related fields is preferred.
• Minimum four years of experience managing complex projects related to behavioral health, public health, or social services.
• Minimum three years using project management tools and methodologies.

Aufgaben

• Design, implement, and oversee crisis service projects, including policies, procedures, system improvements, launches, and operational enhancements.
• Develop, revise, and implement policies and procedures supporting crisis service operations, compliance, and quality standards.
• Maintain audit readiness by ensuring documentation, workflows, and program practices meet regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with crisis providers, first responders, hospitals, and behavioral health providers.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
