Job summary

Jericho Road Community Health Center in Buffalo, NY seeks a Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor to lead the Behavioral Health Department at our 184 Barton location. This full-time role oversees staff, develops treatment plans, and ensures high-quality care.

You will supervise clinicians, collaborate with Providers, Interpreters, and Care Coordinators, and help integrate Behavioral Health within a Medical Model while maintaining NY licensure.

Qualifications

• Must hold NYS license to practice (LMHC/LCSW/LCSWR or Licensed Psychologist).
• Master's degree in mental/behavioral health from an accredited university.
• 3–5 years post-licensure professional experience in New York.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of approximately 20 one-hour sessions per week.
• Develop treatment plans and conduct thorough patient assessments.
• Supervise clinical staff and provide case consultations.
• Collaborate with Providers, Interpreters, and Care Coordinators for holistic care.
• Recruit, hire, and evaluate therapists in collaboration with BH Director.
