The full-time role combines supervision of licensed clinicians, development of treatment plans, and ensuring high-quality care within an FQHC model, including opportunities for interprofessional collaboration and community impact.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in mental/behavioral health from an accredited university.
• NY State license as LMHC/LCSW/LCSWR or licensed psychologist.
• 3–5 years post-licensure experience as a professional licensed mental health provider in NYS.
• Ability to supervise and collaborate with a diverse team.
• Strong knowledge of ethics and patient rights in mental health care.

Aufgaben

• Maintain a caseload of approximately 20 one-hour patient sessions per week.
• Develop treatment plans and complete thorough patient assessments.
• Supervise clinical staff within the Behavioral Health department.
• Assist 2nd-year medical residents in developing clinical skills and understanding behavioral health practices.
• Collaborate with BH Director to recruit and hire new therapists and conduct annual evaluations.
