Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Program Coordinator for Community Group homes in Berwyn, Paoli and Bryn Mawr. You will direct daily operations to meet therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of individuals, aligning with Devereux Philosophy of Care and regulatory standards.

The role includes coordinating with Center Leadership, supervising residential staff, and ensuring a safe, clean living environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a human services field is required.
• At least 3 years of human service experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Devereux PA Adult Services is looking for a Behavioral Health Program Coordinator for Community Group homes in the Berwyn, Paoli and Bryn Mawr areas. As a Program Coordinator you will direct the daily operation of assigned residential facility to assure quality services that meet the therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of the Individuals in accordance with Devereux Philosophy of Care, established Center Procedures, Standards of Conduct, Best Practices, and regulatory requirements. You will also collaborate with Center Leadership to oversee residential program supervisors and residential staff to ensure our Individuals are safe, healthy, and living in a clean environment.

Qualifications

The IDEAL candidate will... Be empathetic, a team player, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, energetic, creative, understand the theories of behavior management and positive reinforcement, and represent yourself as a positive role model. have a strong passion for working with and helping children and adolescents with special needs and possess a valid license. Other requirements include:

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program in an area of human services
• Three (3) years of human service experience
• At least one (1) year of supervisory experience

Physical Requirements Include:

• Significant amounts of walking, sitting, and standing.
• Some lifting and/or managing resistance required related to applying physical intervention techniques upwards of 75-100 lbs. or more
• Some repetitive wrist/hand movements, normal hearing and vision
• Occasional use of computers and office equipment
• Occasional driving of Devereux vehicles for business purposes
• Ability to meet 100% mastery of Safe and Positive Approaches
