Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Program Coordinator for Community Group homes in the Berwyn, Paoli and Bryn Mawr areas. You will direct the daily operation of the facility to meet the therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of individuals in accordance with Devereux policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or equivalent required.
• Three (3) years of human service experience.
• At least one (1) year of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet physical requirements.
• 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily operation of assigned residential facility to ensure quality services.
• Oversee residential program supervisors and staff to promote safety and well-being of individuals.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership to maintain regulatory compliance and policy adherence.
