Job summary

ReDiscover is seeking a Licensed Program Manager to provide clinical and administrative leadership within our Adult and Family Services Program. This role leads a dedicated team, supports high-quality behavioral health services, and helps individuals and families access compassionate, recovery-focused care.

The ideal candidate will supervise staff, coordinate program operations, and drive program development, implementation, evaluation, and daily operations while fostering a culture of respect,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health-related field.
• Current Missouri licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in behavioral health program management, clinical supervision, or community mental health preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to trauma-informed care and recovery-focused services.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical, administrative, and operational oversight for assigned programs.
• Supervise, coach, and develop assigned staff while promoting a positive, trauma-informed work culture.
• Monitor program performance, service delivery, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership, multidisciplinary teams, community partners, and referral sources to support positive client outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, state requirements, accreditation standards, and contractual obligations.
• Support program planning, sustainability, staff development, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to promote accessible, high-quality services.
