Job summary

ReDiscover is seeking a Manager of Development & Communications to lead fundraising and communications initiatives in a mission-driven nonprofit. You will shape strategy, manage campaigns, and strengthen donor partnerships to expand access to mental health services.

You will supervise the development team, collaborate with clinical programs, and ensure compliant, high-quality deliverables across channels. This role emphasizes growth, impact, and ethical practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; master's preferred.
• 4+ years in development/communications; nonprofit/healthcare preferred.
• 2+ years leading a team.
• Proven ability to secure large grants.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Design and execute comprehensive fundraising, communications, and business marketing plan.
• Communications: Oversee digital channels (social media, website, email), manage media relations, design marketing collateral, and monitor online reputation.
• Development: Lead annual giving campaigns, direct fundraising events, donor stewardship, and identify/research grants.
• Brand Management: Maintain messaging consistency and direct multimedia coverage at events.
• Clinical Collaboration: Partner with clinical programs and leadership to align goals.
• Team Management: Supervise the development team and ensure quality of deliverables.
• Self-Management & Compliance: Uphold policies, healthcare laws, accreditation standards and adapt to demands.
